You need:
[Please do not submit previously copyrighted material, unless you also provide written permission from the copyright owner for it to be included in PUMAS.]
Submitting your example is done in 3 steps:
(1) Fill in the "Mailing Information" on-line form below. This information will be used to cite and access your example. [If you are already a participant in PUMAS, you need only fill in First & Last Name, Middle Initial, and Institution.]
(2) Fill in the rest of the "Mailing Information," if you are a new Participant, and the "Submission Information" on-line form on the next page, telling us the name of the file you plan to transfer to PUMAS, the file format information, Title and Name of the file you are submitting, Curriculum Topic Benchmarks, and Subject Keywords. Then click on "Continue" at the bottom of the page.
(3) After clicking "Continue," the "Please Check the Following Submission" page will appear. On the "Please Check the Following Submission" page, under the "File Upload Information" section, click on the "Browse" button to look on your computer for the file you want to submit to PUMAS. When you submit your information by clicking the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page, your example file will be uploaded. Please do not have spaces or more than one period in the file name on your computer, as these will generate an error message. The only period in the file name should be the one separating the actual name of the file and the file extension (i.e., "doc" etc.).
At the end of this process you will receive a message confirming receipt of your contribution. If not, please contact the PUMAS Webmaster, as there may have been a problem in transmission.
